Please find the previously-approved statements regarding cancer, which may serve as a starting point for a standing statement regarding other issues that may arise, including the Quebec class action suit.
In the meantime, Spirits Canada’s response to any inquiries regarding the Quebec lawsuit will be as follows:
“It would not be appropriate for us to comment on active litigation, but it is important to note that neither Spirits Canada nor any of its members are named in the lawsuits. We will continue to monitor the matter closely.”
