Join 86 Harassment for Creating a Safer Community, led by RAINN, focused on deepening participant knowledge about the relationship between individual behaviors and organizational responsibility, and equipping participants with the skills and tools to prevent and respond to sexual misconduct within the beverage alcohol and hospitality industries.
The RAINN training on Creating a Safer Community will cover the following topics:
• Complexities of sexual misconduct, and how it impacts the beverage/alcohol and hospitality industries
• Individual and organizational considerations for establishing healthy norms and boundaries within the industry
• Strategies for bystander intervention
• Applying fundamental principles of trauma-informed communication to support survivors
